The present study aims to isolate and know the ratio of bacterial parasitic dysentery with age sex patients in AL-Najaf province, A cross-sectional research was carried out from January 2020 2021. Ninety people probable amoebic were enrolled different Al-Manathera Hospital Al-Najaf People who have diarrhea are assumed had their stool samples taken., diarrheal specimen put into sterile, transparent wide mouthed bottles. name, properly labeled on universal refrigerated immediately. results shown most common bacteria parasite infections seen aged 10 19, male having highest compared female, Diarrhoeagenic high incidence intestinal parasites infection this study, Entamoeba histolytica current study. Escherichia coli, Salmonella sp, Shigella sp predominate bacteria.
